COSMOS

COSMOS is the California State Summer School for Mathematics and Science, held at four different UC campuses, of which UC Santa Cruz is one. It is a month long program for high school students who excel in math and science. I have been involved in COSMOS from 2007 through 2011, first as a TA and now as an instructor. Each year a number of excited high school students build their very own games as part of Cluster 5: The Design of Fun.

The course website for Cluster 5 in 2011 contains a description of the course, some of our teaching materials, and links to the students' projects.
